Actionetics vs ActiveCampaign

If you’re reading this review you’re wondering which tool Actionetics or ActiveCampaign is the superior email marketing tool.

Actionetics is the seamlessly integrated email marketing software of ClickFunnels while ActiveCampaign is a standalone email marketing tool. They both offer a variety of great features so let’s dig deeper…

User Interface

For me, one of the most important aspects is whether the tool is easy to use or not. I don’t want to waste time with learning how this tool works, I simply want to work with it.

In this category, both tools are very good. ActiveCampaign has a very clean interface which is simple but very powerful and designed for users with little or no technical expertise.

Actionetics is designed for marketers and “non-techy” users, with a simple and logical user interface which makes it very easy to use. However, if you are used to the user-friendly user interface of ClickFunnels that is no surprise.

However, in this category, no tool has a real advantage and they both are highly user-friendly to use.

Price

Now let’s have a deeper look into the pricing of both tools.

ActiveCampaign starts at $29/month for up to 1000 subscribers. However, this is only the Lite package which includes unlimited emails, autoresponders and segmenting. If you want to use the built-in CRM functionality you have to get at least the Plus package for $70/month. The more subscribers you have the more you need to pay. So for example, for 10,000 subscribers you need to pay $139/month for the Lite package and $249/month for the Plus package.

Actionetics has always the same price and costs $297/month. However, it is important to mention that Actionectics comes together with ClickFunnels, a powerful funnel builder software, and Backpack, an affiliate marketing management software.

If you have a small business and a small budget ActiveCampaign could be the better solution for you as you don’t pay as much as you do with Actionetics. However, you also have to pay for additional tools for website hosting, landing page creation, etc.

If you have a bigger business with up to 10,000 leads or more I would suggest Actionetics as you roughly pay the same but you get also access to a sales funnel builder and landing page creator which work seamlessly together with Actionetics.

What is great with both tools is that there is no contract at all. That means you can cancel your subscription every month. There are also yearly plans which are cheaper than the monthly prices.

Features

Now we come to the most important aspect of every email marketing tool and that is the features. Here it is important to notice that the email automation and CRM functions of ActiveCampaign are only accessible for the Plus package and not the Lite membership. But I’ll get to that more in detail.

Autoresponders and Newsletters

Creating autoresponders and newsletters are the basic features of every email marketing tool. You get this functionality in Actionetics as well as ActiveCampaign. If you only want to send out broadcasts and create autoresponders the Lite package of ActiveCampaign is fulfilling.

After working with both tools I can say that both are very easy to use and its very easy to create your emails.

Email Automation

As I said, autoresponders are the basic feature which every email marketing tool should have but today for many marketers it is important to have different email sequences for different people. It can be helpful for example to have a different sequence of emails which visited your sales page than people who have never visited your sales page.

Comparing this feature for both tools you can say that both tools make a very good job. Actionetics, as well as ActiveCampaign, make it possible to create highly automated workflows based on the customer behavior.

However, the seamless integration of Actionetics into ClickFunnels makes it a bit easier to create such workflows. You can easily target people whether they have visited steps of your funnel or they didn’t.

You can also do that with ActiveCampaign but you have to add code snippets to your landing pages. That isn’t a huge effort but that makes Actionetics a bit more easy to use for non-tech savvy users.

That’s why I think that Actionetics has an advantage compared to Actionetics if you have a look at the email automation.

Integration

If you have an email marketing tool you want to use it together with your WordPress blog or your Landing Page tool.

Both tools offer a lot of integrations but I want to have at the in my eyes two most important integrations and that is WordPress and Landing Page integration.

WordPress Integration

Most bloggers use WordPress as the foundation of their website. And if you have a blog and you want to add email marketing to your business (what you should) you need to somehow integrate your email marketing software.

With Actionectis you have different possibilities. One way to add email marketing is to create a small optin box within ActiveCampaign and add the code to your website. You can also use integrations with WordPress themes like ThriveThemes to collect leads on your website.

As you can see it is pretty simple to integrate ActiveCampaign with WordPress.

Actionetics is a little different that way. You can’t integrate Actionetics into other landing page tools like LeadPages or ThriveThemes but with the help of the ClickFunnels WordPress plugin, you can easily integrate your landing pages from ClickFunnels into your WordPress website. However, it is not possible to create small opt-in boxes for your sidebar.

That makes ActiveCampaign the better tool for bloggers in my eyes as small optin boxes on the sidebar can be very effective in collecting leads.

Landing Page Integration

The heart of every email marketing campaign is a landing page to capture your leads. With ActiveCampaign you can’t build landing pages but it offers an integration to every any landing page creator I know including OptimizePress, Leadpages, and Thrivethemes. You can even integrate ActiveCampaign into ClickFunnels if you want to!

As I already mentioned, Actionetics works seamlessly together with ClickFunnels. What this means is that you already have access to a landing page creator which makes the use of another landing page creator tool redundant. That’s why it’s not possible to integrate Actionetics with other tools.

Conclusion

In conclusion, you can say that both tools offer every feature you need to build an effective email marketing campaign. They are both easy to use and are able to create complex workflows. The seamless integration of Actionetics with ClickFunnels makes it a bit easier to use but that comes with a bigger price for a small list.

If you have a blog or a small business ActiveCampaign can be the right choice for you as you don’t have to pay a lot of money to begin with. You can also use ActiveCampaign together with ClickFunnels if you don’t want to pay the full price for ClickFunnels.

Both tools are great when it comes to building landing pages but we will look deeper to find whether this ClickFunnels review or LeadPages review is a better sales funnel solution.

The most expensive package is the full etison suite which costs $297/month and includes professional marketing tools like Actionetics and Backpack.

ClickFunnels offers a 14 Day free trial which makes it possible to test the platform without any costs while LeadPages has never offered a free trial period. However, they offer a 30-day money back guarantee so you can cancel your account at any time and receive a full refund.

ClickFunnels, as well as Leadpages, offer monthly no lock-in contract options and there are also yearly subscriptions available for both companies.

LeadPages also comes with three different memberships. The standard membership costs $37/month and includes as many landing pages you want. The pro membership costs $79/month and includes checkouts, popup forms, and A/B split testing.

However, with ClickFunnels you can create split tests which are not included in the standard membership within LeadPages.

The pro membership at LeadPages starts at $79/month while the starter membership at ClickFunnels starts at $97/month. They both offer complete sales funnels with the ability to take payments with checkouts. The big difference here is that you are limited with ClickFunnels to 20 funnels or 100 pages. Again, with LeadPages you can create an unlimited number of pages.

The big difference comes by comparing the two most expensive memberships. While LeadPages offers at the $199/month package advanced integrations and 1-on-1 quick start calls, ClickFunnels offers for $297/month a complete email marketing tool (called Actionectics) and a professional affiliate marketing management system (called Backpack).

Both tools offer a variety of different templates so let’s check out the templates that both tools are offering.

I think that the landing page templates all look very clean and professional. They might not look as sexy as the templates of LeadPages but at the end of the day, all that matters is the conversion rates.

These are some of the LeadPages templates that we all know and love. There are now templates added every month which is pretty awesome. They all look amazing and you can sort them by conversion, all you need right?

Conclusion

If you choose the personal membership at ClickFunnels you don’t get access to all the templates as this membership is limited to optin-pages. If you want to get access to all types of pages you have to purchase the starter membership which comes at $97/month.

At LeadPages you have access to every template for $37/month. Having that said, as seen in the pricing section, split tests are not included in a LeadPages basic plan.

Landing Page Builder

After having a look at the templates we come to the most important aspect of every landing page tool, the editor. I already have worked with several landing page editors and there is nothing more annoying than a landing page creator which is hard to use.

In addition, it is important to easily make changes to the templates as you want to look different than your competition.

ClickFunnels Page Creator

The landing page creator is very clean and easy to use. It makes it simple to make changes to your landing pages and to create highly customized pages. I work a lot with the landing page creator of ClickFunnels and I think it is one of the best landing page creators you can use.

LeadPages Landing Page Creator

The landing page creator of LeadPages is also very good and makes customizing the templates very simple. However, as LeadPages works very good together with Facebook Ads there are many people using LeadPages. What this means is that you can recognize a LeadPage from a mile away and when people (normal non-internet marketers) start noticing similarities between all these pages it will be hard to stand out.

But as there are coming more and more templates to LeadPages every month I think this problem will get smaller every month.

Integrations

Having a landing page creator without an integration to your email marketing tool would make no sense so it is important for the landing page tool to have as many integrations as possible. Let’s compare the integrations of both tools.

For me, the support is always very important as there are always questions or problems raising by using the tool and the better and faster the support the better you can work the tool.

ClickFunnels

ClickFunnels offers priority phone support to the full suite users ($297 per month). If you have a lower plan you can always contact the support by email or via chat. I used the email support several times and I’ve always gotten a good and fast response.

LeadPages

If you check out the pricing table of LeadPages you can see that you get email support with the lowest package ($37 per month), email plus chat support at the pro package ($79 per month) and email, chat, plus phone support at the highest package ($199 per month).

Looking at the support both tools are pretty the same and both offer great support for their users.

Amazing Features

I wanted to add this section as both tools offer great features which make them stand out in their unique way. While these features don’t touch the core functionality of these tools it’s definitively something that makes your head turn.

Bonus Templates (LeadPages Only)

I think this a pretty good feature of LeadPages. It’s basically offering a bribe/bonus to members who do not opt in and re-target them using Facebook or whichever re-targeting you choose to use (AdRoll or PerfectAudience).

Shared Funnels (ClickFunnels Only)

If you have created a funnel you can easily share your funnel with other ClickFunnels members. There are several powerful use cases where this is helpful. For example, you can send a high converting funnel to new members as a bonus so they can get started more quickly and easily.

Or you can create a mastermind and by sharing and looking at different funnels you’ll learn more about funnels.

Drag-and-drop Sales Funnel (ClickFunnels Only)

This is for me one of the reasons why I think that ClickFunnels is the better sales funnel software. You can easily rearrange the steps of your funnel with drag and drop. That makes it very easy to add new pages or to change the sequence of your pages.

Of course, you can connect your pages within LeadPages to a funnel but if you want to change something you need to change each page which was affected by the change.

Conclusion

Now that we had a look at the main features of both tools, it’s clear to say that both tools have a lot of offer. Both have an internet marketing background and they both are proven to help to build online businesses.

The question now which tool is the best for you comes down to these factors:

What’s your budget?

If you’re an online marketer you know that you have to invest in the right tool. LeadPages can be cheaper if you want to have a lot of pages but ClickFunnels offer great inbuilt tools like Actionetics and Backpack which can help you boost your sales.

Do you want to build your list or sell products?

I think if you are more interested in selling your products you should invest in ClickFunnels as it is easier to create sales funnels and you can create an affiliate program for your product/service.

If you are more interested in building an email list I can recommend LeadPages as it offers a great variety of great looking landing pages.

If you’re reading this review, you’re looking for which software tool is superior, ClickFunnels or Builderall. I already wrote a review about ClickFunnels as well as Builderall but which tool is better if we compare them?

Both tools want to combine all the tools you need for an online business into one single tool that includes website designer, autoresponder, sales cart management, etc. And they both are able to do all that things but let’s see which tool is doing a better job.

Pricing

The first thing everyone has a look at is the price. So let’s have a look at the monthly costs.

ClickFunnels comes at a monthly cost of $37/month, $97/month or $297/month for the full package.

Builderall comes at three different price packages from $9.99/month to $49.99/month.

If you only compare the price Builderall would be the much better tool, right? If we compare prices we also have to compare the features and the user-friendliness of both tools. Here I think, ClickFunnels has some advantages but let’s have a closer look at this.

User-friendliness

I think that is one of the most important aspects of every online marketing tool. As there are always people who are not that tech-savvy the tool should be easy to use and understand. An online marketing tool like ClickFunnels or Builderall should help to build online businesses and not constrain them.

If you compare the user-friendliness I think that ClickFunnels is much easier to use and understand as Builderall. That doesn’t mean that Builderall is bad to use but if you compare the two ClickFunnels has an advantage.

I used the Landing Page Creator of both tools and it was much easier to create a high-converting landing page with ClickFunnels than with Builderall.

The same goes for the email marketing software which is much more intuitive and easier to use.

I believe that if you aren’t a very technical person ClickFunnels will be much easier to use than Builderall.

In my opinion, the landing page creator of ClickFunnels is easier to use and more intuitive than the landing page creator of Builderall.

In addition, ClickFunnels makes it very easy to create sales funnels and to rearrange the single pages of every funnel step.

Also, you can create split tests using ClickFunnels which isn’t possible at the moment for Builderall.

Both tools offer templates you can choose from. Let’s have a look at both templates.

In conclusion, you can say, that ClickFunnels has the better landing page creator than Builderall if you compare the user-friendliness and the number of features.

Autoresponder

The foundation of every online marketing business is an email list. What this means is, that a complete online marketing tool needs to be able to create autoresponders and to send broadcasts to your email list.

Builderall, as well as ClickFunnels, are able to create email marketing campaigns. The email marketing tools of Builderall works very good and makes it easy to create autoresponders and build your email list.

However, the email marketing tool of ClickFunnels is called Actionetics and that is one of the best email marketing tools you can get. There is no tool that makes it easier to create highly-targeted email marketing campaigns and to boost your sales.

I have never worked with such a great tool so here I would also recommend using ClickFunnels.

Now let’s have a look at all the features that ClickFunnels can offer that Builderall can’t.

Affiliate Program Management System (Backpack)

If you want to sell your product and you want to create an affiliate program for your funnel you can use Backpack, the seamlessly integrated affiliate management system which makes setting up affiliate programs very simple.

Shared Funnels

You can easily share you funnels with other ClickFunnels users by sharing your funnel. All you need to do is to send them a link and they can easily import and adapt your funnel. I think that’s a very great and helpful feature!

Conclusion

In conclusion, you can say that both tools offer great features and they both are very good tools. However, I think that ClickFunnels is the better tool as it is much easier and intuitive to use. In addition, Actionetics and Backpack give ClickFunnels a huge advantage.

One of the best aspects of Builderall is the price. Compared to the full suite for $297/month of ClickFunnels Builderall is pretty cheap.

Having an app builder integrated is great but I didn’t find the use case for me where I needed an app as all my pages are responsive. Also, I had some problems with the landing page creator of Builderall but maybe I should have invested a bit more time.

As I said, both tools are great but I think that ClickFunnels is the better tool and my recommendation if you are searching for a funnel builder software!

For every referral, you make to ClickFunnels you get a 40% monthly recurring commission. ClickFunnels comes at two different prices, $97 per month or $297 per month. That means if someone signs up over your link for the $97 membership you get a monthly commission of $40.

If you refer one new member to ClickFunnels per day for 100 days you have referred 100 members and that means you earn a monthly commission of $4000! Plus if you get 100 active people using ClickFunnels you get up to $500 payment for your car.

If you get 200 members you even get $1.000 per month to cover the lease for any car you want. Plus you get commissions based on your sticky cookie.

I believe that the principle of the sticky cookie makes ClickFunnels one of the best affiliate programs. Let’s say you refer a new member to ClickFunnels. Beside ClickFunnels, Russell also has many other different products like his best selling books or training programs like Funnel Scripts or the Perfect Webinar.

If the referred member buys anything else from Russell you’ll also get a commission! Without any further marketing from your side! What this means is that you can earn a lot of commission by only referring new members to ClickFunnels.

That all sounds too be good to be true, right? I know a lot of programs that overhype their memberships but the signup rate is pretty low or it turns out to be a complete scam afterward.

In addition, they claim that the program has the value of $997. But is it really that good or is that just a made up number? Let’s have a closer look at the Affiliate Bootcamp.

Is the Affiliate Bootcamp legit?

When you check out the introduction video from the landing page you learn how you can retire in 100 days but now how. In the video, you don’t get any information what the whole course is all about.

After creating your free account you come to the membership site you come to an introduction video on how everything works, what to expect and the FAQs.

As you can see, there is one video for every day. The videos of day 1-5 are about an hour each but they contain a lot of basic information which are great for every newbie to have a foundation. Afterward, the videos get shorter but you need to do assignments.

I don’t think you can specify the Affiliate Bootcamp as a scam as all the videos are free and you never have to pay for any information. You maybe have to pay for the tools but that is only optional so this program is 100% legit!

Is it Newbie-Friendly?

As I already told you, the videos at the beginning are designed for anyone who wants to earn money online including everyone who has never earned a single cent online!

The videos are each 1 hour long and they contain a lot of information to get you started with online marketing.

In addition, there are supplementary videos to help you guide through the training. They show you how to come up with ideas and how to follow certain guidelines to bring your idea to the market.

The more days you are into the Affiliate Bootcamp the more advanced the training gets. What this means is that not only newbies can learn something. There is also some advanced stuff for advanced online marketers.

In conclusion, you can say that the training is very newbie friendly but is also packed of advanced techniques for experienced online marketers.

What does the program cover?

I’ve been through the whole program and there are a few things that this program does cover:

a. It teaches you how to build an online business

This program is not only limited to promoting ClickFunnels. In the first videos, Russell teaches you a lot about building an online business in general.

He teaches you principles like how to find the perfect customer and how to apply the concept of the attractive character. These techniques can be used for promoting ClickFunnels as well as be used for selling your own products or services.

b. How to use Facebook Ads

The main traffic principle of the Affiliate Bootcamp is paid traffic through Facebook Ads. One big advantage of Facebook Ads is that is very fast. You can literally start earning money on day 1 after setting up your Facebook Ads. That’s totally different to traffic sources like SEO where you have to work like 3 months before getting the first results.

The other big advantage of Facebook Ads is, that you can create hyper-targeted marketing campaigns. If you want to market ClickFunnels you need to have a target group that can profit from using ClickFunnels. After finding your target group you can easily target this group with Facebook Ads.

Is it free?

The answer to this question has two parts – Yes and No.

The Affiliate Bootcamp teaches you to earn money by promoting ClickFunnels. This course alone is worth $997. To get access to this course is entirely free, along with all the training and support to help you promote the program.

However, as I already mentioned, the core traffic strategy is Facebook Ads which costs money. In addition, you need to have some kind of landing page creator (ClickFunnels recommended) and an autoresponder (Actionetics recommended).

So let’s have a look at the costs you have when you want to start promoting ClickFunnels:

• Facebook Ads (Depending on your budget)
• Autoresponder (around $20/month)

Of course, you can use a different landing page creator than ClickFunnels but they already give you access to templates which help you earning money with the Affiliate Bootcamp much faster as you don’t have to start designing your own landing pages.

In addition, it would be a little ironic if you promote ClickFunnels with a different landing page creator 🙂

Can you really earn from the Bootcamp?

One sure answer to this question is: YES!

If you join the ClickFunnels Affiliate Bootcamp you get access to all the training you need to create a successful online business. You can also use the training to earn money with other affiliate products as well.

However, you can only be successful if you stuck to the training. If you only follow half of the training you don’t need to wonder why it doesn’t work.

ClickFunnels is one of the best online marketing tools I know and not a shoddy product made just for people to refer to buy it.

Also, this program has nothing to do with MLM where the main mode of earning revenue is through a multi-tier commission system.

I know a lot of ‘dead’ facebook groups where nobody is posting anything but this group is pretty active and helpful in my eyes.

When you start with online marketing one of the first thing everybody is telling you is that email marketing has to be your #1 priority. It doesn’t matter if you want to sell your own products or services or sell the products and services of other merchants through affiliate marketing your email list is your most important asset.

However, there are many different email marketing tools out there but which one should you use? There are already many people using Aweber and as ClickFunnels is getting bigger and bigger many people ask whether Actionetics or Aweber is the best email marketing software you can use.

To help you to make this decision I have created this article which shows you the best features of both tools and helps you make a decision.

User Interface

For me, one of the most important aspects is whether the tool is easy to use or not. I don’t want to waste time with learning how this tool works, I simply want to work with it.

In this category, both tools are very good. AWeber has a very clean interface which is simple but very powerful and designed for users with little or no technical expertise.

Actionetics is designed for marketers and “non-techy” users, with a simple and logical user interface which makes it very easy to use. However, if you are used to the user-friendly user interface of ClickFunnels that is no surprise.

However, in this category, no tool has a real advantage and they both are highly user-friendly to use.

Price

When we have a look at the monthly costs there is a huge difference between these two tools.

Aweber starts at $19/month for up to 500 subscribers. The more subscribers you have the more you need to pay and for up to 25,000 subscribers you have to pay $149/month. I think that’s a very cool principle as you have to pay as much as you use.

Actionetics has always the same price and costs $297/month. However, it is important to mention that Actionectics comes together with ClickFunnels, a powerful funnel builder software, and Backpack, an affiliate marketing management software.

What this means is that the prices of these tools are hard to compare as Actionetics has much more features as it comes with additional software.

In addition, Actionetics has always the same price and you can store unlimited contacts in your email lists.

So here it really depends on the goal you have with email marketing. If you don’t have a huge budget and start with email marketing to see how it goes you should choose Aweber but if you want to have all your marketing tools like landing page creator, funnel builder software, email marketing, etc in one tool you should start with Actionectics.

What is great with both tools is that there is no contract at all. That means you can cancel your subscription every month.

Features

Now we come to the most important aspect of every email marketing tool and that is the features. Let’s have a look at the features of both tools and which one offers more value.

Autoresponders and Newsletters

Creating autoresponders and newsletters are the basic features of every email marketing tool. Of course, both tools are able to create autoresponders and to send out newsletters to your leads.

I worked with both tools and I believe that it is very easy with both tools to create autoresponders or email broadcasts.

Email Automation

As I said, autoresponders are the basic feature which every email marketing tool should have but today it is also important that you can automate your workflow. What this means is that I maybe want to have a different autoresponder series to people who open all my emails than to people who never open my emails.

In addition, I maybe want to set up another autoresponder for buyers than for non-buyers. If you want to have advanced email automation both tools are very different so let’s have a look at it.

With the help of Aweber, you can create automated workflows so you can, for example, resend emails that haven’t been opened the first time. However, if you want to change the workflow depending on purchases your contacts have made Aweber can’t help you.

That’s when Actionetics comes in. With Actionetics you can easily create email automation workflows depending on purchases your contacts made, on which step of your funnel they are, how they responded to your emails etc.

That is only possible because of the seamless integration of Actionetics into ClickFunnels. In addition, with Actionetics you can create workflows depending on different information of your lead like age, number of social media followers, rough income, and much more.

That makes it possible to create hyper-targeted email campaigns with a much higher return on investment than usual email marketing campaigns.

When it comes to email automation I think that Actionectics is one of the best tools on the market you can get.

Integration

The dream of every marketer is to have only one tool for everything. There are tools that cover a lot of features but no tool can cover them all. So for an email marketing software, it is important to work together with other marketing tools.

Both tools offer a lot of integrations but I want to have at the in my eyes two most important integrations and that is WordPress and Landing Page integration.

WordPress Integration

WordPress is the basic foundation for most of the websites today. I believe that over 90% of all blogs are based on WordPress so an email marketing should be able to work together with WordPress.

With AWeber, you can easily create web forms which can be integrated into your WordPress website. You can place them for example on the sidebar or integrate them into your article.

With the help of the ClickFunnels WordPress plugin, you can easily integrate your landing pages into your WordPress website. However, it is not possible to create small opt-in boxes for your sidebar.

Landing Page Integration

The heart of every email marketing campaign is a landing page to capture your leads. AWeber doesn’t have a landing page creator but it offers an integration to every any landing page creator I know. You can even integrate AWeber into ClickFunnels if you want to!

As I already mentioned, Actionetics works seamlessly together with ClickFunnels. However, it is not possible to use Actionetics together with other landing page creators but I think that shouldn’t be a problem as you can use ClickFunnels

Conclusion

As you can see, both tools offer highly user-friendly interface and all the basic features every email marketer needs. However, if you want to create advanced email marketing automations Actionetics is the more advanced tool.

And that all comes with a bigger price than for Aweber. If you have a small blog and you want to add email marketing I would recommend using Aweber. If you are a business owner and you want to use advanced email marketing I can recommend using Actionetics together with ClickFunnels!

User Interface

Like anything at ClickFunnels Backpack has a very user-friendly interface and is very easy to use. Non-tech savvy and tech-savvy users alike will find Backpack easy to use.

There is also a variety of different tutorials and training videos that help you to get familiar will all the features very easy. And if there is still a problem you can get help by the great support that ClickFunnels offers.

Backpack Features

If you are already familiar with Backpack this shouldn’t be something new for you but if you think about purchasing ClickFunnels I think this will be very helpful to you.

Dashboard

If you log in to your ClickFunnels account and navigate to your Backpack dashboard you’ll get an overview of the active affiliates you have, how much they have earned for you in sales, how much you owe them in commissions and how much has already been paid to your affiliates.

Affiliates

In the affiliates section, you will find a list of all your affiliates. Usually, the affiliates get added automatically but you can also add new affiliates manually by uploading a CSV file or adding a single affiliate.

You are also able to see a preview of your affiliate’s dashboard by clicking on Login As next to your affiliates name. That makes it possible to watch the individual affiliate performance.

Commissions

The Commissions section gives you an overview of all paid commissions, affiliates who earned the commission, the amount due, the purchase made and when the commission is due to be paid.

Payments

In the Payments section, you get information about all the payments that have been made and who was getting paid.

Commissions Plans

One of the most important sections for every marketer will be the Commissions Plans section. Here you can set up how much commission your affiliates will make for promoting your product or service. Besides, setting up different commission plans you are also able to create tier-based commissions.

The most common type of tier-based affiliate programs is the 2-tier plan. On the first tier, the affiliate receives a commission (40% for example) for selling your product and signing up another affiliate. The second tier activates, allowing that affiliate to earn further commissions (5% for example) when the affiliate he signed up receives their commission from sales.

If you want to create your Commission plan follow these easy steps:

Step 2: Enter Commission Plan Information

In the pop-up box, you need to insert your information such as the name of the commission plan, currency, and status of the commission plan. Finish this step by clicking on Create Commission Plan.

Step 3: Set Affiliate Type

In this step, you can set different affiliate types if you want to. You can, for example, create a VIP affiliate type that gets more commission or something like that.

Step 4: Set Tier Type

Once you are done with the affiliate type you can click on Add New Tier and set the amount, the payment type and the number of months before the payment of your commissions.

There is no limit to how many tiers you can set up.

As the advancement in technology continues to rise, the mushrooming of online businesses has seen a rise as well. Affiliate marketing is a lucrative venture. It only requires access to the internet and can be done from anywhere in the world. And this is where CB Passive Income 4.0 comes in.

So what is CB Passive Income?

CB Passive Income license program, as it is also known, is an email marketing product. This product was founded in August 2013 by Patric Chan as CBPI version 1.0. Patric is a best-selling author and an international speaker, and that explains why we should take the program seriously.

But you need to ask yourself, is this the case or is the CB Passive Income scam? This is what we will be looking at in this article.

How the CB Passive Income Works

As mentioned above, in August 2013, CB Passive Income 1.0 was launched. In 2014 it was updated to CBPI 2.0, in 2015 to CBPI 3.0 and finally CBPI 4.0 in 2017.

Each update saw more resources, training, and tools added to it. An example is multiple landing pages that were added in CBPI 3.0. Also added was an AI Opt-in Detector. As mentioned earlier, the CBPI is an affiliate marketing tool for ClickBank products. Since it is fully automated as Patric claims, it will do all the marketing for you while helping grow your business.

This is How Email Marketing is Done

First, you will need to drive enough traffic to your landing page if you are to make any significant sales. The next step will be offering free gifts to customers and once they subscribe you collect their email addresses. The third step is following up on the subscribers and building a trustworthy relationship with them. The fourth and final step is monetizing your list. You do this by sending promotional emails to the subscribers recommending the affiliate products you are marketing.

The hardest part when it comes to online business is step 1. Generating enough traffic to your site is always a challenge especially if you are a beginner. Plenty of work has to be done to achieve success.

However, the CBPI does steps 2 and 3 for you thus you will only need to concentrate your efforts on the first part. And this is how it does it.

With a set of pre-built opt-in page templates also called a called a secret clone page, you can have a unique identity (ID) attached to your landing page. A pre-written gift to give away on your landing page for free. This is meant to lure subscribers to your page.

When they sign up to get their gift, the system tracks them and automatically sends follow up emails. After that, the system also helps you send your subscribers promotional emails with ClickBank affiliate products. If a customer buys the products through the links sent to their email, then you are given a commission. The higher the number of sales the higher the commission.

However, collecting many emails and having high traffic to your landing does not necessarily translate into sales. Sometimes it does not work. In addition, you have to know that you are not building your own list. You help Patric building his list and you get a part of the sales.

CBPI Training

The only training provided by CBPI is on how to generate traffic to your landing page. Both free and paid methods are taught. They include;

• Search engine optimization
• Social media networking and marketing
• Guest blogging/posting
• Solo Ads
• Paid ads, and
• YouTube among others.

They are easy to comprehend methods, and you learn them in one or two days. Basic email marketing training is also offered but in a much-generalized way hence adding no unique skill to help you edge out competitors in the business.

CBPI Pricing

The CBPI program despite being very powerful as Patric claims is not that expensive. The cost is $47 for one month or a one-time fee of $97. Besides that, you are given a 60-day money-refund guarantee should you find the program not suitable for you.

However, in as much is it may appear cheap, the CBPI has some hidden costs incurred during its use. This happens when you have your email list, and you may need to invest in a personal email autoresponder. It will cost you $20 to $30 monthly. Also, it has an optional upsell also called an Origin Builder that costs $37.80. The upsell is a website page-builder that has no relevance to the CBPI program since it can do that as well. In other words, it’s something you don’t need.

Who is it for?

This is not a tool for beginners as it may lead to disappointments. It is, therefore, recommended for experienced marketers who understand the market very well. These are people are excellent at generating traffic that translates to actual sales.

However, the question is if you need this tool if you are an advanced marketer as you can do everything yourself what Patric does.

Conclusion

The CBPI program in itself is not a scam. As shown above, the program is not expensive to acquire given that it comes with training, tools, and support.

However, whether you will earn money from it or not is a different story especially if you are a beginner. For seasoned marketers, it might turn out to be a money-making tool for the long run.
